Ingredients

  • 155 milliliters double cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
  • 50 grams sugar, caster
  • 30 grams sour cream

Directions

Whip cream until just holding. Add remaining ingredients and whip until soft peaks form. Cover and chill until served.
