Ingredients

  • 110 grams plain chocolate

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in microwave. Pour onto cold marble slab and spread with off-set spatula until thin.
2. Once hard, take long palette knife at low angle and scrape chocolate. It should roll into curls to then top cakes.
