Ingredients

  • ½ cup instant coffee high quality
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee high quality
  • 1 vanilla beans slit, cut in thirds
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 6 cups sugar, caster
  • 1 5th Brandy inexpensive

Directions

Mix coffee and sugar in a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Clean bottles thoroughly then drop 1/3 vanilla bean into each bottle. Add brandy to sugar mixture. Pour into bottle. Age 30 days-shaking bottles once a day.
