Ingredients

  • 188 milliliters heavy cream
  • ⅜ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ⅝ dashes lemon zest
  • 36 milliliters dark rum
  • pinch sugar

Directions

Whip cream until just holding. Add remaining ingredients. Whip until soft peak. Taste is quite tart but it goes wonderfully with Sweet Potato Soup.
