Ingredients

  • 1530 grams strawberries cleaned, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon pepper adds zest
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, caster
  • 110 milliliters Grand Marnier

Directions

1. Don't add liquour if serving with another liquour dessert. Also, liquour shortens life of strawberries. Then again, reduce amount of strawberries pp if serving another dessert.
2. Strawberries go well with a chocolate dessert.
